Room parents, this one is for you

Pip the mascot in a party hat with confetti

Class party
sign-up sheet

Twenty-two kids, forty minutes, and a teacher who needs to know what is showing up. Paste the food, supplies, and helper slots, cap each one, and send the class list a single link.

Three steps, about a minute

1

Start the list

Name the party and add the date and the party window the teacher gave you.

2

Paste food, supplies, helpers

All three groups on one sheet. Cap each row so you do not end up with nine bags of chips and no cups.

3

Send it to the class list

Text or email one link. Parents claim a slot in a couple of taps, no login required.

Why room parents like it

Made for phones

Most parents will open your link one-handed in the pickup line. Pip is built for that first.

Private by default

Keep it link-only, add a passcode, or make it public. You choose who can see the class list.

No ads, no clutter

No pop-ups or upsells in front of your class parents. Just the list and the slots.

Questions

How do I make a class party sign-up sheet?

Create a Pip, choose the sign-up list type, and paste your items such as cupcakes, plates, juice boxes, and napkins. Set how many people can claim each slot, then share the link with your class list. Parents tap a slot and leave a name and an email or phone.

What should be on a class party sign-up sheet?

Three groups: food, supplies, and parent jobs. Food and supplies with a quantity in the row name, plus setup, one or two activity stations, serving, and cleanup. Add a nut-free or gluten-free row if your class needs one.

How many parent volunteers do I need?

For a 30 to 45 minute classroom party, two for setup, two per activity station, and three for cleanup covers it. Check with the teacher first, since many classrooms cap how many adults can be in the room.

Do parents have to create an account?

No. Parents open the link, add their name, and claim a slot. That is the whole flow, and it works the same on a phone as on a laptop.

Can I collect an RSVP headcount too?

Yes. Add an RSVP section to the same link so parents reply yes, no, or maybe and note how many people they are bringing. One clear headcount instead of a scattered group chat.

What if the party date is not set yet?

Start with a date poll. Offer a few options, let parents tap what works, and lock the winning date. Your sign-up list can open once the date is locked.
